The institution comprises of six buildings with their supporting facilities; two of the main buildings represent an elderly home and a pulmonary diseases Hospital, known as the only Hospital treating tuberculosis in Lebanon.  Furthermore, there is a research building that has been severely damaged as a direct result of the 1982 Israeli war hostilities

In course of years, many new buildings were added. A chapel was built; a third floor was added above the second floor of the main building.

The Sanatorium has:

• An outpatient’s department
• A pharmacy
• An electric power plants
• And other modern conveniences
